Como fazer Coscorões Estaladiços?

Os coscorões são doces tradicionais de Natal, sendo dos fritos de maior destaque em muitas regiões de Portugal.

Nesta receita, surgem irresistivelmente leves e estaladiços, tornando cada trinca num delicioso momento de prazer. Experimente a receita destes coscorões e saboreie um delicioso momento de tradição nesta quadra natalícia.

Ingredientes:

• ½ colher (chá) de fermento
• 100 g de água
• 150 g de vinho do Porto branco
• 175 g de margarina
• 500 g de farinha
• açúcar e canela p/ polvilhar

Confeção:

Bata a farinha, juntamente com o fermento e a margarina.

Adicione o vinho e a água e bata até obter uma massa homogénea. Deixe repousar durante cerca de 1 hora.

Estenda a massa com o rolo sobre uma superfície enfarinhada, deixando-a fininha para que, depois de frita, fique bem estaladiça. Corte retângulos e faça dois ou três cortes no centro.

Frite os coscorões em óleo quente até alourarem de ambos os lados. Escorra-os sobre papel absorvente e passe por açúcar e canela.
