Biscoitos Dedos de Bruxa

O Halloween (Dia das Bruxas) celebra-se no dia 31 de outubro, data em que, cada vez mais, as crianças associam a momentos de diversão pela possibilidade de se mascararem de fatasmas ou bruxas e de pedirem doces à noite, entoando o tradicional «Doce ou Travessura».

Os doces próprios desta data são também eles associados ao tema das bruxas e figuras fantasmagóricas. Estes biscoitos são um exemplo das receitas que se podem preparar neste dia e farão, decerto, as delícias dos mais pequenos.

Ingredientes:

(60 biscoitos)

Para a massa

• 230 g de manteiga amolecida
• 125 g de açúcar em pó | açúcar de confeiteiro
• 1 ovo
• 1 colher (chá) de extrato de amêndoa
• 1 colher (chá) de extrato de baunilha
• 350 g de farinha de trigo
• 1 colher (chá) de fermento em pó
• 1 colher (chá) de sal

Para a decoração

• 100 g de amêndoas inteiras
• chocolate ou geleia p/ barrar

Confeção:

Bata a manteiga, o açúcar, o ovo, os extratos de amêndoa e de baunilha.

Sem deixar de bater, acrescente, aos poucos, a farinha, o fermento e o sal.

Reserve a massa no frigorífico entre 20 e 30 minutos.

Ligue o forno a 160 ºC.

Unte os tabuleiros e reserve.

Retire pequenas quantidades de massa com 1 colher (chá) cheia e enrole-a, dando-lhe o formato de um dedo fino.

Coloque uma amêndoa numa das extremidades de cada um dos biscoitos e pressione um pouco para dar a aparência de uma unha comprida.

Coloque os biscoitos nos tabuleiros e aperte cada um deles perto da ponta e do centro para dar a impressão de nó dos dedos. Com uma faca, faça pequenos rasgos horizontais para marcar as rugosidades da pele.

Leve os biscoitos ao forno cerca de 25 minutos ou até dourarem levemente.

Retire a amêndoa da extremidade de cada biscoito. Coloque um pouco de chocolate para barrar (se pretender dar um aspeto sujo às unhas) ou geleia, caso pretenda imitar o sangue.

Volte a colocar a amêndoa para que o chocolate/geleia se espalhe ao redor da unha.
