Ingredientes:
Para a base
- ¼ de colher (chá) de sal
- 200 g de biscoitos de maisena triturados
- 5 colheres (sopa) de manteiga
Para o recheio
- 1 colher (chá) de extrato de baunilha
- 1 colher (sopa) de manteiga
- 100 g de açúcar
- 120 ml de creme de leite
- 4 colheres (sopa) de água
- 450 g de queijo creme
- 7 g de gelatina neutra
Cobertura
- 100 g de chocolate para culinária
Confeção:
Unte uma forma redonda com fundo amovível (23 cm Ø).
Misture os biscoitos, a manteiga, e o sal.
Coloque a mistura de biscoitos na forma, pressione no fundo e espalhe nos bordos da mesma, calcando bem. Reserve.
Misture a gelatina na água e deixe repousar durante 1 minuto.
Leve ao lume e mexa até que a gelatina se tenha dissolvido. Deixe arrefecer um pouco.
Bata o queijo creme com o açúcar até obter um preparado homogéneo.
Aos poucos, acrescente o creme de leite, a baunilha e a gelatina. Misture até que todos os ingredientes estejam bem incorporados.
Deite o preparado sobre a massa da base e reserve.
Para a cobertura, comece por derreter o chocolate.
Coloque o chocolate derretido num saco de plástico e corte a ponta, formando um bico.
Faça um círculo com o chocolate derretido do tamanho de uma moeda grande. Forme depois círculos concêntricos separados pela distância de 1 cm, cobrindo toda a superfície. Com um palito, trace vária linhas de chocolate perpendiculares aos círculos, devendo partir do meio até à borda. Limpe o palito cada vez que for fazer uma nova linha.
Reserve o cheesecake no frigorífico | geladeira, pelo menos durante 2 horas antes de servir. Se desejar, decore com aranhas ou outros motivos alusivos ao Halloween.
